BoxFit:

Boxercise is a fitness class which incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact.

Step and Sculpt:

A fun and effective class that uses a step up box, and other equipment, to provide a whole body workout.

Legs, Bums and Tums:

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
