Venue & Room Hire

Fawley Parish Council has three buildings providing a variety of activities and facilities to the local community. The three buildings vary in size but all have rooms available for function hire whether for commercial or family use. The buildings are situated in Fawley and Blackfield making one if not all of them easily accessible.

Gang Warily Recreation Centre

At Gang Warily we have two rooms available for functions and conferences...

The GA room (General Activity) – this recently refurbished room is a multi purpose room suitable for small training courses, meetings and children’s parties. The room will accommodate up to 40 people theatre style. This room also has a small kitchen attached for the preparation of hot drinks and sandwiches.

Main Sports Hall - As well as catering for the recreational activities this hall is available to hire for bigger functions, trade shows exhibitions and parties. A large adaptable space, the main hall can accommodate up to 500 people in a variety of setup styles. Our main hall has been used successfully in the past to hold martial arts competitions and dance events.

Also on site is a fully licensed bar, this room can be used for quiz nights, race nights, or smaller parties and is ideal for quieter functions such as wakes. The bar is open weeknights and weekends but can also be opened at other times to accommodate events held in either of the Gang Warily rooms available for hire.

Jubilee Hall

Situated in the heart of Fawley this building is the traditional administrative heart of the Parish. There are two rooms available for hire that can be used for functions, theatre productions, meetings and even band rehearsals. The rooms are available seven days a week and the hall is licensed for the consumption of alcohol. Kitchen facilities are available for the preparation of hot or cold food and drinks.

QE2 Sports Pavillion

The pavilion is the newest building owned by the parish. Managed by the staff at Gang Warily it is used to accommodate a large variety of outdoor sports. In addition to this there is a large community hall attached which is capable of holding 150 people. The room has variety of uses from training courses through to family parties. The hall is available for hire seven days a week and is licensed for the consumption of alcohol.
