Senior Get Fit Class

10:00am - 10:45am and 10:30 am – 11:15 am

This class has been devised for those who are over 50+ and want to keep fit and healthy and socialise.

The instructor will take you through a range of exercises that will help improve all aspects of fitness.

The class is for all abilities and is structured in a way that allows everyone to go at their own intensity. Come along and give it a go!

4:15 pm – 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm

Thursday

HIIT Circuits - 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm

HIIT circuit’s applies the popular High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method that is proven to work if your goal is to build lean muscle or to achieve a toned look.

Each circuit is set up with equal amounts of resistance and cardio work with a variety of different equipment.

HIIT Circuits is a high intensity class but is ideal for all abilities.
